With over 30 years of banking experience, Sy currently serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of United Bank’s Leesburg branch, overseeing sales growth, staff development, and community engagement.
Previously, she was Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at First Virginia Bank (now Truist). An active volunteer, Sy has supported local nonprofits, food banks, and community organizations for years.
She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Strayer University and completed the University of Virginia’s School of Bank Management program. Fluent in English, Lao, and Thai, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and playing with her dogs. Sy looks forward to using her financial expertise to support Loudoun Cares’ mission.
