With over 40 years of experience in Human Resources, Allyson has worked with top organizations like Macy’s, The Children’s Place, and most recently, Amazon. At Amazon, she led HR efforts for the East Coast’s largest fulfillment centers, managing 400+ HR professionals and supporting over 500 managers and 300,000 hourly associates. Prior to Amazon, she held various regional HR roles in the U.S. and Canada.
Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Oneonta and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Now retired, she is focused on giving back to her community. Allyson enjoys cooking, reading, watching football, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to applying her extensive HR expertise to support Loudoun Cares’ mission.
