On March 29th, GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

Jointly overseeing the COVID-19 Emergency Fund and Helpline is just one way Loudoun Cares impacts our community. Although most of our energy has gone to support this program, our staff continues to juggle simultaneously the maintenance of our other programs. The first is our Volunteer Center, where we work with our local nonprofits who are in need of volunteers, donations, and support. These nonprofits have had to rethink what volunteering looks like in our new reality, while still accomplishing their missions and serving their populations. Loudoun Cares continues to lead and support Loudoun County nonprofits through our free online Volunteer Center. The second, being our Loudoun Cares ConnectLine which connects families in need with resources and information.

We are so honored to help support our community and will continue to forge ahead with our mission. Today we are pleased to announce that YOU can help Loudoun Cares be there to answer the call for help on this GivingTuesday
