Since 2004, Loudoun Cares has been working alongside the faith community to support some of our most vulnerable residents. When we find families that need just a little extra financial assistance we reach out to our Faith Network. We vet callers, ensuring any financial support will be the last portion needed for that family to avoid eviction, utility disconnection, or get their transportation back on the road. Funds pledged by the faith-based organization go directly to the vendor and we make it easy for them to help where it is needed most.
